1.Get a quote
In order to begin your new project, the first step is getting a quote from our experts. We recommend paying us a visit in person, and bring a few things with you: a rough sketch of what you want, a few measurements, and a lot of hopes which we’ll have to fulfill. We’ll make sure we guide you along the way and show you the wide variety of countertops you can choose from. Also, a picture of your current cabinet layout and appliances you intend to use can also prove useful.
If you prefer doing this process via e-mail, please contact us requesting a quote. In the e-mail body, provide as many details as possible about the project: measurements, layout, colors, various hole sizes (faucets and sinks), as well as any other information you might consider relevant.
2. Placing the order
After the quote process is finished, you can now place the order for your countertops. A 50% deposit is required, and can be made on the day of the template at the latest. The final price of the project will be determined by the final measurements, and not the initial price.
In order for the installation to proceed, we have a few requirements as well:
- Cabinets have to be installed
- Small appliances must be removed and stored safely away from the working area
- The sink has to be present to be used as a template for the cut-out
3. Scheduling the installation
For the final part of the project, you’ll have to pick a date when our specialists can drop by and install your new countertops. This job doesn’t usually take more than a few hours, during which we recommend you’re present to smoothen the entire process. Do not hook up any plumbing for the nest 24 hours, and be prepared to pay the rest of the balance.
